Crimson Services represented the seller, Triumph Real Estate Corporation, and additionally sourced the buyer, Grosvenor Investment Management, US Inc.

192,359-square foot, Class ‘A’ office building located at 10375 Park Meadows Drive in southeast Denver within ParkRidge Corporate Center sold for $30,500,000 in September 2004 and again for $39,500,000 in September 2006.

Crimson represented the KBS Realty Advisors in the sale of its asset to Grosvenor Investment Management US, Inc. Grosvenor has retained Crimson Services to handle the property management and leasing of the asset.

336,939-square foot Class ‘A’ two-building, multi-tenant office complex located at 2201 & 2231 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona, sold for $71,500,000 in January 2006 and again in January 2008 for $96,000,000.

413,390-square foot, Class 'A' office building located at 6451 North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, Florida sold for $63,050,000 in December 2007. Crimson represented the seller Grosvenor Investment Management US Inc. and sold the building to New Boston Fund.

11,250 square foot single-story office building located in CBD's Golden Triangle in Denver, Colorado sold for $1,350,000 in May 2006. Crimson Services exclusively represented the buyer, R&R Engineers-Surveyors, who acquired the building to occupy and operate their growing business. The 83-year-old building was previously owned and occupied by an architectural design firm.
